Conditions of Sale
This puppy is sold on FULL or LIMITED registration. Puppy sold on full registration basis will be eligible for all AKC events and offspring will be eligible to be registered by AKC. A full registration requirement is to leave "Alcorn" as the first part in AKC name or contract will be null and void. There is no guarantee on reproduction. Limited registration for the above puppy, is the puppy will be sold for a companion only "PET." The purchaser agrees to spay/neuter the puppy. The "Seller" will not provide an AKC registration application until the "Seller" receives a written statement from the "Purchaser's" vet stating that the puppy was spayed/neutered.
This puppy is guaranteed to be pure bred. "Seller" will be give registration papers upon their receipt of full payment from "Purchaser."
Seller guarantees this puppy to be free from all communicable diseases for a period of twenty four(24) hours from the date of sale on this pet record. Seller also guarantees this puppy to be free of any genetic defects until the puppy reaches (2) years of age. Buyer understands slight disorders are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore not covered: umbilical hernia, undecided testicle, under bite or over bite. We do not guarantee against external and internal parasites. If this puppy displays any indication of poor health Buyer must notify Seller by the 10th day of purchase to make a claim for refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements do not include shipping costs.
All fees, including sale's price, shipping and handling charges are payable prior to shipment of dog. The Seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and temperament at time of sale. The Buyer agrees to a licensed veterinarian within (48) hours for a physical examination. Should the dog be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable the Seller, the purchase price or for another dog of equal value, the choice to be determined by the Seller. Any veterinarian's diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chose and paid for by the Seller. Should said veterinarian not concur with diagnosis, this matter shall be presented to a third party veterinarian mutually agreed by the seller and buyer. Seller assumes no responsibility for injuries which may concur during shipping. Buyer agrees that any recourse for damages to the animal during shipping shall be limited to an action brought against the transportation company. In executing this agreement buyer releases seller from any and all liability arising out of the animal's transportation. A copy of this contract must be signed and returned within 10 days or contract is null and void.
